Mentor coaching sessions with Nawal were truly transformative. She guided me on a journey of self-discovery, helping me to dig deep and explore aspects of myself I had never considered before. The best moments of the program were the deep, introspective sessions where I revisited different stages of my life—the child, the teenager, the ambitious young adult, and the person I am today. These moments allowed me to reconnect with myself and understand the evolution of my values and behaviors. Another highlight was learning to define my boundaries and align them with my core values, which brought a sense of clarity and empowerment. Additionally, the realization that it’s okay to prioritize myself and say no without guilt was profoundly liberating. The supportive and conversational approach of the sessions also made the entire experience incredibly enriching and engaging.

Most Challenging Moments of the 12-Week Coaching Program:

The most challenging moments were the initial stages of digging deep into myself and confronting things I hadn’t thought about or addressed before. Revisiting old fears, unresolved feelings, and past patterns required vulnerability and honesty, which were difficultat times. Letting go of the guilt associated with saying no or sharing responsibilities was also a significant hurdle, as it required me to unlearn ingrained habits and reframe my mindset.

The coaching has already had a transformative impact on my life. I feel more confident in setting and maintaining boundaries, which has improved my relationships and reduced unnecessary stress. I’ve started prioritizing my needs without feeling guilty, and I’ve learned to recognize and celebrate my achievements. This newfound self-awareness has helped me redefine my goals, approach challenges with clarity, and feel more empowered in my personal and professional life.

How I Will Take What I’ve Discovered About Myself Forward:

Moving forward, I will actively practice maintaining boundaries and aligning my actions with my core values.
